Food diary 7/18/19 Breakfast!

Good morning! Today, for breakfast, I had…

2 pieces of whole wheat toast with a banana, iced green tea, assorted vitamins and pain killers on the side.

Today, food wise, it’s going to be a Taco Day. I had promised to make them yesterday but I didn’t have time so I’m doing them today since I’m not going anywhere so I have lots of time today. The good thing is that I already have lentils cooked so all I have to do is cook the chicken thighs, shred the lettuce and warm the tacos and we’re good to go. I might have to cut some tomatoes but that takes a hot second.
